Teralli agents aren't self-declared. Each principal is licence-checked, registry-linked, and evidenced on every closing before they can list on the platform.
We verify each agent's REDAN, LSREC, or AGIS licence against the issuing body's live registry. Expired or suspended licences are removed within 48 hours of notice.
Every listed principal is linked to a verified brokerage of record. If the brokerage loses standing, its agents are paused until a new sponsor is confirmed.
Closed-deal counts shown on agent profiles are sourced from title, transfer, and settlement records — not self-reported KPIs.
Agents commit in writing to: no deposit before signed documentation, no listing without owner mandate, no dual representation without disclosure, and full cooperation with Teralli disputes review.
Every listing is re-scored on refresh. Complaints, chargebacks, and dispute outcomes feed the agent's trust score. Three unresolved material findings trigger suspension.
