Title and closing evidence is drawn from state land registries (Lagos, Abuja, Edo) and formal settlement records. Market pulse figures are derived from a rolling 90-day window of verified listings and closed transfers.

Limits

• Registry lookups reflect the record at the time of check — not real-time state.
• Trust scores are probabilistic signals, not legal opinions.
• Price comparables use median asking prices per enclave, not appraisal reports.
• User-generated content (reviews, messages) is moderated, not audited.
