Teralli is an information and verification platform for real-estate listings. We do not hold client funds, own the underlying properties, or act as an estate agent unless expressly stated in a signed engagement.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Trust scores are algorithmic assessments based on the evidence we can independently verify at the time of scoring. They are guidance, not a guarantee. Always conduct your own due diligence before parting with money.
You may not use Teralli to publish fabricated listings, harvest personal data, or circumvent our verification systems. We suspend accounts on first evidence of abuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teralli's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
